The title compound was prepared from 6-[(2R)oxiranyl][1,2,3,4]tetraazolo[1,5-a]pyridine and saturated ammonium methanol in substantially the same manner, as described in Example 124. The product was obtained as an off-white solid; mp 153–154° C.; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.60 (brs, 2 H), 2.73–2.84 (m, 2 H), 4.65–4.68 (m, 1 H), 5.70 (brs, 1 H), 7.83–7.87 (m, 1 H), 8.14–8.16 (m, 1 H), 9.08–9.09 (m, 1 H); MS (ES) m/z: 180 (M+H).
