The procedure of step (d) of Example 1 was repeated using the compound prepared in step (c) of Example 1, except that 2,2,2-trifluoroethylamine hydrochloride was used instead of N-methylbenzylamine. Thus, 3-[4-(3,3-diphenyl-1-propyl)piperazin-1-yl]-N-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)benzamide was prepared.
