Reaction Steps
Step (c) of Example 75 was repeated, except that the compound prepared in step (a) of Example 81 was used and 4-(t-butoxycarbonyl)piperazine was used instead of 4-(3,3-diphenyl-1-propyl)piperazine. Thus, ethyl 3-fluoro-[4-[4-(t-butoxycarbonyl)piperazin-1-yl]butyl]-benzoate was prepared.
