Reaction Steps

A solution of product from step b) (0.15 g) in tetrahydrofuran (10 ml) was treated with sodium methanethiolate (0.046 g) in water (1 ml). The solution was stirred at room temperature overnight. The solution was concentrated in vacuo and residue was purified by chromatography (SiO2, ethyl acetate:dichloromethane 1:1 as eluant) to afford the title compound (0.095 g).
