Reaction Steps
Compound 158 (47 mg, 0.1 mmol) and parabanic acid (16 mg, 0.14 mmol) were treated as described in the preparation of compound 219. Purification was done by flash chromatography (CH2Cl2/ethyl acetate 4:1) to provide the title compound, which was impure. The product was further purified by preparative TLC (CH2Cl2/ethyl acetate 20:1) to furnish the title compound as yellow oil.
