Procedure
To a solution of 3,5-dichloro-4-[(10-ethoxypyrido[4,3-c]-1,6-naphthyridin-6-yl)amino]benzonitrile (Example 160, Step 1) (200 mg, 0.49 mmol) in ethanol (6 mL) was added triethylamine (0.285 mL, 2.04 mmol) and hydroxyammonium chloride (105 mg, 1.51 mmol). The reaction mixture was heated to 80° C. for 3 h in a sealed tube. After cooling to room temperature, the solid was filtered, washed with ethanol and water and dried under vacuum to afford the title compound.
