N2-(2-Methoxy-benzyl)-quinoline-2,6-diamine (example 10, step B, 50 mg, 0.179 mmol) was dissolved in 1 mL toluene. Isopropyl isocyanate (15 mg, 0.179 mmol) was added and the reaction mixture was stirred at 60° C. overnight. The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and the crystals were filtered off and washed with dichloromethane. The title compound was obtained as an off-white solid (24 mg, 37%), MS: m/e=365.3 (M+H+).
