By reaction and treatment in the same manner as in Example 52 and using 4-(p-tolyloxy)piperidine (1 g) and (R)-4-(4-methyl-2-oxooxazolidin-3-yl)benzoic acid (1.2 g) described in Preparation Example 37, the title compound (1.6 g) was obtained.
