Reaction Steps
Following the general procedure of example 1, 3-[1-(ethylsulfonyl)-4-piperidinyl]-5-(3-formylphenyl)-1H-indole-7-carboxamide (20 mg, 0.045 mmol), 3-pentanamine (32 uL, 0.27 mmol) and NaBH4 (10 mg, 0.27 mmol) were reacted to give the title compound (18.5 mg, 80%).
