Procedure

The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure of 3-[1-(ethylsulfonyl)-4-piperidinyl]-5-{2-fluoro-5-[(methylamino)methyl]phenyl}-1H-indole-7-carboxamide trifluoroacetate, substituting 2-methyl-1-propanamine (53 μL, 0.524 mmol) for methanamine to afford 15 mg of the title compound (62.9%)
