Procedure
This was synthesized by using 4-(6-(3-bromophenyl)-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinazolin-2-ylamino)phenethyl methanesulfonate and N-methylbutylamine and triethylamine as described in general procedure 2 to afford the desired product in 44% yield as a yellow solid. M.p.=66-68° C. 1H 400 MHz NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 9.60 (d, J=3.5 Hz, 1H), 9.36 (bs, 1H), 8.38-8.28 (m, 2H), 7.82 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 2H), 7.57-7.43 (m, 3H), 7.42-7.32 (m, 1H), 7.31-7.20 (m, 3H), 7.15-7.04 (m, 2H), 4.48-4.37 (m, 1H), 3.41-2.88 (m, 8H), 2.84 (d, J=4.7 Hz, 3H), 1.73-1.56 (m, 2H), 1.40-1.26 (m, 2H), 0.93 (t, J=7.4 Hz, 3H). LCMS m/e 541 (M+H).
