Procedure

Me3SiCl (0.3 ml, 2.4 mmol) was added to a solution of (S)-2-(4-(dimethylamino)-4-phenylcyclohexylamino)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)-N,N-dimethylpropanamide (420 mg, 0.9 mmol, polar diastereomer from step 3) in ethyl methyl ketone (10 ml). The solid was aspirated after a reaction time of 1 h.
