Reaction Steps
Example 55 can be prepared in the same manner as example 46 from (3S,4S)-tert-butyl 3-azido-4-(3-phenylprop-2-ynyloxy)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (120 mg, 0.35 mmol) and xylene (6 ml), afforded the titled compound (68 mg, 57%) as white solid. M.p. 236-237° C.
