Procedure

The title compound was synthesized following an analogous procedure to Example 220 using 5-(4-(bis(4-methoxybenzyl)amino)-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-6-(6-methoxypyridin-3-ylamino)nicotinaldehyde and pyrrolidine (Aldrich, St. Louis, Mo.). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 11.64 (s, 1H); 8.71 (d, J=2.35 Hz, 1H); 8.36 (d, J=2.54 Hz, 1H); 8.20 (d, J=2.35 Hz, 1H); 8.13 (dd, J=8.80, 2.74 Hz, 1H); 6.76 (d, J=8.80 Hz, 1H); 6.33 (br. s., 2H); 3.94 (s, 3H); 3.58 (s, 2H); 2.57 (br. s., 4H); 2.54 (s, 3H); 1.80-1.90 (m, 4H). m/z (ESI, +ve ion) 392.9 (M+H)+.
