6-Chloro-3-[(2-methoxy-pyridin-4-ylmethyl)-amino]-pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid (4-tert-butyl-phenyl)-amide (150 mg, 0.35 mmol) was dissolved in MeOH (5 mL). 10% Pd/C (50 mg) was added to above under N2 atmosphere. The system was charged with H2 balloon, and the reaction was stirred under H2 gas for 3 h. The crude was subjected to Flash chromatography (5% MeOH/DCM) for further purification, affording desired product as yellow solid. MS (ES+): 392 (M+H). Calc'd. for C22H25N5O2—391.20.
