To a slurry of (1-benzyl-1H-indazol-5-yl)-(4-chloro-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)-amine (Step 3) (50.0 mg, 0.148 mmol) in IpOH (2.5 ml) was added DIEA (0.039 mL, 0.222 mmol) and N-(3-aminophenyl)acrylamide (26.5 mg, 0.163 mmol). The mix was heated at 100° C. for 18 h. The solution was then cooled to RT. A precipitate fell out of solution and was filtered off and dried under reduced pressure to give N-{3-[4-(1-benzyl-1H-indazol-5-ylamino)-[1,3,5]triazin-2-ylamino]-phenyl}-acrylamide: MS m/z=463[M+H]+. Calc'd for C26H22N8O: 462.19.
