Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Step A of Example 5 from 2-chloro-5-(isopropylsulfonyl)-3-nitropyridine (Step D), 4-(aminomethyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-ol hydrochloride (Step A of Example 19) and triethylamine.
