Reaction Steps
In an analogous manner to Example 19, step 1, 1-[(2R)-3-bromo-2-methylpropyl]-3-(2-fluorophenyl)-1,3-dihydro-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole 2,2-dioxide was prepared from 1-(2-fluorophenyl)-1,3-dihydro-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole 2,2-dioxide and (R)-3-bromo-2-methylpropan-1-ol giving 0.27 g of the desired product.
