Procedure

4-[1-(2,5-Difluorobenzyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-7-yl]benzoic acid (34 mg) was reacted with 1-methylpiperazine as in General Procedure 8 to give the title compound as a pale yellow solid (25% yield). M.p. 180° C., LCMS: m/z=464.10 (M+H+), 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 2.32 (s, 3H), 2.30-2.49 (m, 4H), 3.46 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 2H), 3.50-3.55 (m, 2H), 3.62-3.66 (m, 2H), 3.67-3.83 (m, 2H), 4.50 (s, 2H), 5.02 (bs, 1H), 6.75 (s, 1H), 6.86-7.08 (m, 3H), 7.40 (dd, J=8.3 Hz, 4H), 7.72 (s, 1H).
