Reaction Steps
A solution of 1-(3-aminophenyl)-4-(3-cyclopentyloxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-pyrrolidin-2-one (8 mg, 0.022 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (0.5 mL) was created. Phenylisocyanate (0.023 mmol) was added, and the reaction mixture was stirred for 20 h. Concentration under reduced pressure and purification by column chromatography on silica gel (EtOAc:Hexane=1:2) gave the desired product.
