Reaction Steps
In a manner similar to that used in the preparation of the compound of example 2, but using 2-(2-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)acetic acid in step 11 (A) and 4-acetamido-3,5-dichloro-benzylamine (preparation B) in step 11 (B), the title compound was prepared. MS (ESI) (M+H)+=446.08 1H-NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD) δ 7.36-7.50 (m, 3 H), 7.30 (d, J=7.93 Hz, 1 H), 7.00-7.10 (m, 2 H), 4.52 (s, 2 H), 3.92 (s, 2 H), 2.44 (s, 3 H), 2.19 (s, 3 H).
