Reaction Steps
The title compound was synthesized in analogy to example 51, from [7-chloro-2-(4,4-difluoro-piperidine-1-carbonyl)-1H-indol-5-yl]-(4-isopropyl-piperazin-1-yl)-methanone (example 232), sodium hydride and 2-bromopropane in N,N-dimethylformamide, to give the desired product as a colorless foam (24%).
