Reaction Steps
The product from step (iii) (0.5 g), morpholine (0.12 ml) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.24 ml) in tetrahydrofuran (20 ml) was stirred at room temperature overnight. The solvent was removed under vacuum to yield a crude oil which was subjected to column chromatography on silica eluting with ethyl acetate/isohexane 3:1 to give a white solid (0.4 g).
