Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared according to Example 13, Step C by using 3-[4-(5-bromo-2-fluoro-phenoxy)-2-methyl-phenyl]-propionic acid methyl ester and 4-ethyl-2-phenoxy-phenol to afford 15 mg (11%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3); MS (ES+) m/z mass calcd for C30H27FO5 486, found 487 (M+1, 100%).
