Reaction Steps
2,4,6-Trimethyl-N-[4-(2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-ethoxy)-phenyl]-N-[4-(tetrahydro-pyran-2-yloxy)-benzyl]-benzenesulfonamide was dissolved in methanol (30 mL) and 1N HCl (5 mL) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred for 30 minutes at room temperature and was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was triturated with methylene chloride followed by ether to obtain the title compound as the HCl salt. MS 495.4 (M+1)+
