Reaction Steps
Reactions were performed in the same manner as in Example 7, (H) by using methyl (E)-3-[8-{[(4-cyclobutyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)amino]carbonyl}-2-(4-methylpiperazino)-4-oxo-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-3-yl]-2-propenoate (24.7 mg, 0.049 mmol) to obtain 14.1 mg (59%) of the title compound in yellow color.
