The tert-butyl (E)-3-{8-[2-(4-isopropyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)ethyl]-2-morpholino-4-oxo-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-3-yl}-2-propenoate (39 mg) obtained in (D) was stirred in formic acid (1 ml) for 4.5 hours, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure to obtain the title compound (30 mg).
