The 8-[2-(4-isopropyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)ethyl]-2-tosyloxy-3-[(4-methoxybenzyl)-tetrazol-5-yl]-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one (61 mg) obtained in (B) was dissolved in tetrahydrofuran (1 ml), added with morpholine (40 ml) at room temperature, and stirred overnight at the same temperature. After the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain the title compound (31 mg, 59%).
