4-[2-(4-Isopropyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)ethyl]-2-aminopyridine (100 mg) and ethyl 2-ethoxycarbonylmethoxy-3-methoxy-3-dimethylaminopropenoate (150 mg) were heated at 140° C. in xylene (1 ml) for 7 hours with stirring. After the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain the title compound (41 mg).
