In a similar manner to Reference Example 10, 6-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]-4-chloro-2-(methylthio)-5-oxo-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-pyrimido[4,5-e][1,4]diazepin (Compound of Reference Example 8; 2.36 g) was reacted with 2-methylphenylboric acid (816 mg) to obtain 6-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]-4-(2-methylphenyl)-2-(methylthio)-5-oxo-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-pyrimido[4,5-e][1,4]diazepin (2.63 g, 100%).
