The title compound was prepared by coupling the 10-(methoxycarbonyl)-10,11-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepine-3-carboxylic acid of Step A with 3-(aminomethyl)pyridine (1.2 equiv.), in the manner of Example 1, Step G.
