Procedure
The product from Example 32A (0.09 g) and potassium carbonate(0.03 g) in methanol (10 mL) were stirred at ambient temperature for 1 hour. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure and the obtained residue was chromatographed on silica gel eluting with 10% EtOH/CH2Cl2 to provide 0.04 g of the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 3.49 (s, 3H), 4.76 (s, 1H), 4.9 (q, 2H), 7.23 (m, 2H), 7.42 (dd, 1H), 9.51 (bs, 1H), 9.78 (s, 1H); MS (ESI−) m/z 378 (M−H)−; Anal. calcd for C15H11N3BrFO3.0.5 C2H6O: C, 47.66; H, 3.50; N, 10.42. Found: C, 48.10; H, 2.97; N, 10.04.
