Procedure
To a solution of 11-9 (0.4037 mmol) in EtOH (3 mL) was added 1N NaOH (0.600 ml, 0.600 mmol). After stirring for 2 h, the solvents were evaporated and the residue was chromatographed (silica gel, 20:10:1:1 to 10:10:1:1 ethyl acetate/EtOH/water/NH4OH) to give 11-10 as a white solid.
