This compound was prepared from 6-chloro-3-hydroxy-5,9-diaza-benzo[c]fluoren-7-one (Example 34a) and 2-bromopropane in a similar manner to Example 34b. The desired product was obtained as a yellow powder. ESI−MS: m/z 325 (MH+); 1H-NMR (CDCl3): δ1.47 (6H, d, J=6 Hz), 4.80 (1H, quintet like, J=ca 6 Hz), 7.36 (1H, dd, J=9 Hz, 2.5 Hz), 7.43 (1H, d, J=2.5 Hz), 8.01 (1H, dd, J=5.5 Hz, J=1 Hz), 8.34 (1H, d, J=9 Hz), 8.95 (1H, d, J=5.5 Hz), 9.03 (1H, d, J=1 Hz).
