200 mg (0.35 mmol) of 1-(3-{1-(4-methoxybenzyl)-4-[2-(methylamino)pyridin-4-yl]-1H-pyrazol-3-yl}phenyl)-3-[4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]urea were dissolved with 10 ml of trifluoroacetic acid and the solution was stirred at 70° C. for 6 hours. The solvent was then evaporated and the residue taken up with dichloromethane and washed with aqueous sodium hydrogenocarbonate. The organic layer was dried over sodium sulphate and evaporated again, affording, after trituration with diethylether, 100 mg (63%) of the title compound.
