250 mg (0.65 mmol) of 4-[3-(3-aminophenyl)-1-(4-methoxybenzyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]-N-methylpyridin-2-amine (prepared as described in Example 29) were dissolved in 10 ml of dry pyridine and 87 μl of 2,5-difluorobenzensulfonylchloride were added The reaction was stirred at room temperature overnight, then poured into aqueous sodium hydrogenocarbonate and extracted with dichloromethane. The organic layer was dried over sodium sulphate and evaporated in vacuo. The residue was then triturated with diethylether, giving 300 mg of the title compound (82%).
