To a solution of compound 25b (1.0 g, 5.2 mmol) was added portionwise chlorosulfonic acid (5 mL, 75 mmol) at 0° C., heated to 60° C. for 2 h, poured carefully into ice-water and extracted with CHCl3. The organic phase was dried (MgSO4), evaporated and purified by CC to give compound 25c (1.2 g, 80%).
