Through a solution of compound 25c (1.7 g, 5.88 mmol) in DCM (120 mL) was bubbled NH3 for 30 min at 0° C. with stirring and then was added HCl to adjusted pH to 4-5 and extracted with DCM. The combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and evaporated to give compound 25d (1.1 g, 69%) as a crude solid.
