Procedure
a mixture of [4-[6-amino-5-[1-(2,6-dichloro-3-fluoro-phenyl)ethoxy]-3-pyridyl]phenyl]methanol (15 mg, 0.037 mmol), dimethylphosphoryl chloride (50 mg, 0.45 mmol), and triethylamine (0.5 mL) in dichloromethane (10 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The solvent was removed and the residue was purified by HPLC (water/methanol, 10˜100%) to give the title compound (2 mg, 11%). ESMS: m/z 483 (M+H)+.
