Procedure
The title compound was prepared from tert-Butyl 2-(4-methyl-5-oxo-2,5-dihydrofuran-3-yl)-1-oxo-2,8-diazaspiro[4.5]dec-3-ene-8-carboxylate using TFA in an analogous fashion to that described for making 1-19, Step B. LC/MS: [(M+1)]+=249.
