Following the procedure as described in Example 158 step 3 and making variations as required to replace tert-butyl 5-chloro-2-fluoro-4-((1-(trifluoromethyl)cyclohexyl)-methoxy)benzoate with tert-butyl 5-chloro-4-(cyclohexylmethoxy)-2-fluorobenzoate, the title compound was obtained as colorless oil (13.73 g, 88%): MS (ES+) m/z 387.2 (M+39).
