A solution of 3-(3-piperidin-1-yl-pyrazin-2-yl)-azetidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (74) (191 mg, 0.6 mmol) in 4N HCl/MeOH (13 mL) was stirred at RT for 30 min. The reaction mixture was concentrated to give (75) (150 mg, 0.59 mmol, yield 99%). ESI-MS (M+1): 219 calc. for C12H18N4 218
