To a solution of tert-butyl 3-(cyanomethyl)-3-(4-(7-cyclopropylimidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-5-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)azetidine-1-carboxylate (100 mg; 0.238 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (1 mL) was added hydrogen chloride in 1,4-dioxane (2.4 mL; 4M solution). The mixture was stirred in a sealed vial for 3 hours. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure to give the product (100 mg) as an off white solid. MS (apci) m/z=320.1 (M+H).
