Reaction Steps
This was prepared from 7-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-(1H-pyrazol-4-yl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidine (100 mg; 0.377 mmol) and 2-(spiro[3.5]nonan-2-ylidene)acetonitrile (91 mg; 0.565 mmol) using the procedure described in Example 148, Step D to give the desired product (60 mg). MS (apci) m/z=427.2 (M+H).
