3-Amino-3,4-dihydrothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-one and 1-adamantaneacetyl chloride were reacted as described in Example 1: 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.57-1.68 (m, 12H), 1.94 (br s, 3H), 2.10 (s, 2H), 7.46 (d, J=5.4 Hz, 1H, 11.15 (s, 1H) ppm; MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 344 (M+H)+.
