Procedure

1-Adamantaneacetyl chloride and 3-amino-2,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one (Matrix) were processed using the method described in Example 42C to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.54-1.76 (m, 12 H) 1.89-1.99 (m, 3 H) 2.04-2.18 (m, 2 H) 2.37 (s, 3 H) 2.5 (s, 3 H) 7.09 (s, 1 H) 10.83 (s, 1 H); MS (ESI+) m/z 372 (M+H)+.
