The title compound was prepared from ethyl 3-dimethylamino-2-(3-cyano-benzoyl)-acrylate (85 mg, 0.31 mmol) and N-[3-methoxy-4-(4-methyl-imidazol-1-yl)-phenyl]-guanidine dinitrate (116 mg, 0.31 mmol) using in analogous manner the procedure described in example 28b). Obtained as a pale-yellow solid (41 mg, 29%). Mp 195-197° C.
