Alkylation of tert-butyl (1RS,2RS,3RS,5RS)-3-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-2-hydroxy-8-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8-carboxylate with 1-benzyloxy-3-chloromethyl-naphthalene (Example 19) analogously to the procedure described in Example 1 (g) yielded tert-butyl (1RS,2RS,3RS,5SR)-2-(4-benzyloxy-naphthalen-2-yl-methoxy)-3-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-8-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8-carboxylate as a colourless solid; MS: 568 (M+H)+.
