Reaction Steps
A solution of Example 5A (462 mg, 1.37 mmol), 1-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazine (1.7 mmol), diisopropylethylamine (0.29 mL) in acetonitrile (5 mL) was processed as in Example1B. Purification of the residue on silica gel with ethyl acetate provided 282 mg (41%) of the title compound.
