Procedure
Sodium azide (0.144 g, 2.2 mmol) was added to a solution of the product of step b) (0.28 g, 0.5 mmol) in dry dimethylformamide (5 mL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 min and then partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The organic phase was washed three times with water and evaporated (with ethanol), to give the crude sub-title product which was used without further purification.
Workup
- custompartitioned between ethyl acetate and water
- washThe organic phase was washed three times with water
- customevaporated (with ethanol)
